What our clients say about Bettina

9 October 2017 – Email from appreciative niece for urgent assistance the following day for her Uncle in Mosman, on Sydney’s Lower North Shore

Good Afternoon Jenna,

I cannot thank you enough for the care, kindness and understanding given to Uncle Alan on Friday. Tina was wonderful with him and we would like to pass on to her a thank you for her dedication and expertise.

I am truly grateful for the level of care that was administered to him. The sensitivity and support really helped him through that tough day for him. I am also grateful for the time you spent with me to understand my options. It was a great comfort. Especially keeping me informed.

Thanks for the attitude you and Tina gave to us.

Thank you again for everything.

With unending gratitude,

Helen

12 December 2016 – Appreciation from client who lives in St Ives, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

Mrs P called to thank Bettina, as you were exactly the type of person she needed. You were helpful, kind and just beautiful.

Bettina’s comments

I joined the Daughterly Care team of Carers nearly 4 years ago, with a background in Nursing, Hospitality and life skills I have gained as a wife, mother, daughter and granddaughter of elderly grandparents. It has been both a pleasure and privilege to assist Client’s in their day to day activities ranging from personal and domestic assistance, palliative care, dementia care, postoperative care, attending appointments, social functions and outings together. During this time, I have met so many wonderful people who have welcomed me into their personal worlds, establishing a trusted and valued relationship, whilst providing the support each individual situation requires.
