What our clients say about Penny

Appreciation from son of client Mrs P who lives in St Ives, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore

Penny is wonderful. Mum is looking forward to Penny’s visit again. She couldn’t express how relieved she was. Mum was so happy and impressed, she referred to Penny as “Penny from Heaven”. She said we had hit the jackpot.

From Client, Mrs I who lives in Berowra, located within Sydney’s Northern Suburbs

Always cheerful and efficient, Penny is also reliable, positive and nothing is too much trouble. I appreciate everything she has done for me, and my life is richer as a result.

From Daughter of Client, Mr T who lives in Lindfield, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore

Dear Penny,

Dad told me what a lovely afternoon he had with you and Mum last Friday. Welcome, I look forward to meeting you one day.

Nephew (Next of kin) to Client, Ms H who lived in Killara, on Sydney’s Upper North Shore

I have known Penny for 6 years. Penny cared for my Aunt for the last 6 years. Penny was one of my Aunt’s primary carers making sure all needs were met including bathing, dressing, medical appointments and providing food and meals.

Penny constantly looked ahead for any need that might arise and took the initiative to meet those needs. Not only did she meet personal and physical needs but Penny provided companionship and she treated my Aunt with love and respect and their relationship became very close.

Penny significantly helped my Aunt to positively enjoy the last six years of her life and I, and my family are grateful to her for putting a smile on my Aunt’s face at a time in life which for many can be very lonely and depressing. Well done Penny.

Yours faithfully,

Andrew
